455 homes and a 100 acre country park have been designed onto a site located to the east of Iwade village, Sittingbourne. Homes and apartments will be created, including a proportion of affordable properties. The creation of the country park will deliver a 20% increase in biodiversity and a community centre will provide much needed space for local groups. Detailed plans are being submitted this year, with construction work slated for mid-2025.
