Formerly known as Stones Farm, this site is located on the outskirts of Sittingbourne and sees the creation of nearly 600 units for Hyde Housing and Chartway Group. The scheme is being delivered in phases and offers a range of tenures including affordable and social rent. Large open spaces for the new community are also being delivered, including a community orchard.
