66 private and affordable houses have been designed into this site in Rainham. This new integrated and sustainable neighbourhood has been created which features a large green space at the heart to retain and enhance the biodiversity of the area. The properties on the east side of the site reflect a country feel, whilst the homes on the west site is designed to reflect the town and residential adjacent.
