This 1.13 hectare site is located on the popular Eclipse Park in Maidstone, home to offices, residential and retail. The site has been split into three areas, named plots 1, 2 & 3 and proposals have been created to develop each site for separate end users. In total, 9 buildings have been designed into the site. Plot 1 offers a drive thru cafe, plot 2 light industrial and offices and Unit 3 a self storage commercial building.
