A 35 unit proposal was developed for this 1.1 hectare site located in a semi-rural area of Faversham. Mixed size dwellings, including both flats and houses, have been designed and are affordable in tenure. The appearance of the new properties is traditional in nature with brickwork and weatherboarding, reflecting the surrounding area. A new footpath has been developed to connect the site to the existing right of way that adjoins the site.
