This small brownfield site has been in the ownership of our client for many years and they now wish to realise the potential of its prominent location, to the side of the Great West Road and below the M4 route into London. Our approach has been to design a small office scheme with undercroft parking, which has all its ancillary facilities acting as an acoustic barrier adjacent to the roadways and a highly glazed elevation facing. The scheme reflects the conservation area of Gunnersbury Park.
