This site is comprised of 52 new build homes, and was completed as a Joint Venture in partnership with The Hyde Group to provide a mixed tenure of affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale. This was an extremely complex scheme to construct on a former scrap metal yard and within close proximity to both the River Medway and Network Rail mainline routes. An exclusive engineering design was used to consider the key risks associated with the site and to accommodate the existing topography of the site.
