Masterplanning

gdm achieved planning for 250 homes on this 18 hectare site, located in West Malling. Delivered for Vistry Homes, the project will also see 50% of the site set aside for a country park and amenity spaces for the public to enjoy. A community centre is also being delivered as part of the project and several public rights of way are retained and integrated to create a cohesive community.
