39 houses with associated road, car parking and soft landscaping were provided on this difficult site in Tunbridge Wells. This was the fourth phase of new build properties for client Town and Country Housing Group. The units are mixed tenure and include shared ownership properties. This was a complex site, it featured a massive level change of 12 metres which required considered design with split level houses and clever use of retaining walls. The homes were delivered using timber frame and nearly all the units have different finish floor levels to keep them flush with the pavement for wheelchair accessibility. An additional 9 apartments were also created on a small garage infill site adjacent to this one.
