Public consultation held for Lenham Primary School

On Friday 1st July, we hosted a public consultation alongside Kent County Council, DHA Planning Group, Bloomfields Chartered Town Planners and Morgan Sindall Construction, showcasing designs for the expansion of Lenham Primary School.

To cater for local population growth, the School needs to expand to be able to accept two forms of entry, equal to an additional 210 places. To achieve this, a new classroom extension plus internal refurbishment works have been designed around the existing school which will create additional classrooms, enhanced access and increased parking provision.

Feedback from the consultation will be fed back into the design before a planning submission is submitted in August. Work is currently scheduled to start on site in March 2025.
