planning submitted for Crowborough

We have submitted a planning application for the regeneration of a vacant site in Crowborough. The scheme will revive the site through the refurbishment of two existing buildings and provision of a single new build. This will deliver a gym, café and several retail units.

A former factory building will be converted to create two of the retail units and the gym, whilst a former public house will be converted into a class e unit and first floor flat. The one new build unit will offer rest of the retail space.

The historic identity of the pub, including ornate brick and window features will be retained and enhanced, whilst modern cladding is proposed for the factory frontage.
