Working on behalf of Woolbro Group and alongside DHA Planning Group, we have successfully gained planning consent for a mixed-use scheme in Horley.
The vacant 0.66 hectare site located on Station Road will feature ten new homes and 36,000sqft of employment space across 6 units including retail, offices and industrial. The project will also regenerate a listed building, formerly a brewery, which will remain nestled among the new units.Reduction of carbon emissions has been at the heart of the proposal with a focus on building performance through a fabric first approach and the installation of air source heat pumps across the site.
We’re delighted that Reigate and Banstead Borough Council unanimously granted consent and we look forward to seeing the site come back to life.
