gdm architects have played a pivotal role in the new housing development initiative led by Bellway Homes, as the company announces the acquisition of a significant land parcel in Rainham, Kent.

The newly acquired site, located north of Moor Street, was purchased from the Rochester Bridge Trust and has been promoted through the strategic efforts of Bellway Strategic Land.

This development has successfully secured detailed planning permission for a total of 66 new homes, of which 17 will be designated as affordable housing, addressing the growing need for accessible residential options in the region.
