gdm have been appointed to the newest iteration of Town & Country Housing’s Development Services Framework. We are one of only four practices to be selected for Lot 1 Architectural Services, estimated to be worth £1.5m over its lifespan.
Town & Country Housing provide more than 13,000 homes across our core areas of operation – Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Our experience and history in residential planning and technical delivery means we are perfectly placed to help Town & Country Housing, and subsidiary Monson Homes, deliver their pipeline of work. Running for a four year period, the framework also provides opportunities for other social housing providers and Local Authorities to work with us.
