GDM and Sevenoaks District Council partner up for public consultation

We recently held a public consultation, alongside Sevenoaks District Council, for the redevelopment of Otford Road Business Park. Formerly used as waste collection depot and now an under utilised brownfield site, plans have been drawn up to regenerate the site and provide light industrial units and a drive-thru retail store. Sevenoaks District Council, who own and will operate the site upon completion, hope that these new units will provide much needed space for local businesses and help enhance the local economy. It was fantastic to meet the residents who came to the drop-in session; we received lots of positive feedback, with many keen to see the site regenerated. We are continuing to develop the design and a planning application will be submitted in 2025. We look forward to continued collaboration with the Council, DHA Planning Group, Playle & Partners LLP and Bailey Partnership.
