Appointment to Hyde Framework

gdm architects are delighted to have been selected to join the next iteration of The Hyde Group Development Consultancy Framework following a competitive tender process.

The Hyde Group have been owning and managing homes since 1967 and currently have over 50,000 homes in their portfolio. The framework has been procured to help Hyde deliver their new build targets and therefore meet their goals of developing more homes for local people. Wave been appointed to Lot 2; Architectural Services, including all sub-lots for projects ranging up to £50m+ in value.

The appointment is the second major framework win for gdm, after being appointed to Town and Country Housing’s Framework last month.
